(Rough) Itinerary

We have a lot of freedom since it is just the two of us and we would love to meet up with friends along the way and get your tips for “must-do” adventures along the way. Below is a (very) rough outline of where we plan to be and when. If you will be nearby or have tips, let Mom know!

August

  • 8/10-15: Rocky Mountain National Park, Estes Park, CO
  • 8/15-17: Travel to Grand Teton National Park
  • 8/17-23: Moran, WY (East side of Grand Teton National Park)
  • 8/23-28: Victor, ID (West of Grand Teton National Park)
  • Labor Day Weekend (8/28-9/1): Travel to Glacier National Park with an Idaho detour
    • 8/28: Drive to Jerome, ID (stay at Mendoza Ranchette)
    • 8/29: Chase Waterfalls on our way to Glenns Ferry, ID (stay at Y Know Winery)
    • 8/30: Travel to Idaho Falls, ID (stay at Timber Creek Bison Farm)
    • 8/31: Travel to Clancy, MT (stay at Spring Wheat Acres)
    • 9/1: Arrive in East Glacier, MT

September

  • 9/1-9/6: East Glacier, MT with Grandma and Grandpa (Arlene and George)
  • 9/6-7: West Glacier, MT with Grandma and Grandpa
  • 9/7-14: Georgetown Lake, MT (about an hour outside Anaconda, MT)
    • Fabliha (Mom’s co-worker) is getting married!!!
  • 9/14-26: Anaconda, MT
  • 9/26-10/5: Banff NP in Canada

October

  • 10/6: Jasper, BC in Canada and exploring the Icefields Parkway (considered the most beautiful mountain drive in the world and we would have to agree)
  • 10/7-10/10: Sandpoint, ID
  • 10/11: Okanogan, WA (stay at Smallwood Farms)
  • 10/12-10/25: Concrete, WA near North Cascades National Park
  • 10/25-11/2: Bellingham, WA

November

  • Port Angeles, WA: Olympic National Park

December

  • 12/1-6 Seattle/Tacoma for Thanksmas with the Family
  • 12/11: Return to Colorado Springs, CO

January-June

  • Reset in Colorado Springs and prepare for getting back on the road Summer 2026

July

  • We hope to spend the 4th of July in the Grand Tetons (fingers crossed we can get a spot when reservations open). Then, we will head West again to resume our journey through the National Parks.
