Dinner with Family

Turning the pen over to Mom/Pamela as I (Nala) napped on the couch while Mom went out to dinner.

One of the fun opportunities of being on the road is catching up with friends in a different part of the country I haven’t seen in a long time.

Tonight, Jeff, my dad’s best friend from high school, took me out for an amazing dinner at the Lobster Shop!

We started with an oyster sampler:  Kumamoto, Skookum, Takara, and and Little Creek (ironically the biggest ones). We decided the Little Creek were our favorite.

For our entrees, I had maple glazed salmon and Jeff had scallops. (We were good and had salads as well but I didn’t take pictures of those.)

We finished off our amazing meal with a chocolate hazelnut mousse torte and a vanilla creme brulee ❤️

Ending the evening relaxing on the couch after a filling and delicious meal!
